Children’s Policy:

Children under the ages of 6 years, sharing with paying adult will be free of charge.

Children between the ages of 6 to 12 years, sharing with paying adult will be charged US$50 per day.

Children under the ages of 12 years, staying in their own room will be charged 50% of occupied room.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 30 days or more prior arrival, 0% penalty but a full deposit refund
Cancellation 29-15 days prior to arrival, 25% penalty
Cancellation 14-2 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty
Cancellation 1 day prior to arrival or No-Show, 100% penalty
